Vigencia y derogatorias. El Presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el inciso 4° del artículo 1° del Decreto 4976 de 2009 y deroga el Artículo 7° del Decreto 4976 de 2009.

Decreto 73 de 2010 · por el cual se expiden medidas excepcionales con el fin de liberar recursos de los saldos excedentes del Situado Fiscal y del Sistema General de Participaciones - Aportes Patronales que permitan financiar la atención a la población pobre no asegurada y los eventos no cubiertos por el Plan Obligatorio de Salud del Régimen Subsidiado, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
