El Plan de Inversiones del Proyecto de Ley del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo, El Plan Financiero, el Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones y el Proyecto de Ley de Presupuesto General de la Nación, deben ser consistentes con la regla fiscal, contenida en el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo.
