º Adiciónase el siguiente inciso al numeral uno del artículo 3º del Decreto 20 de 1994: "Para determinar la actualizaión de las sanciones de extemporaniedad y de corrección, los tres años a los que se refiere el inciso anterior se contará a partir de la fecha de presentación de la respectiva declaración extemporánea o de corrección."
