º. Caducidad de la acción y prescripción de la sanción disciplinaria. La acción disciplinaria caduca en el término de un (1) año si se trata de violación de deberes y prohibiciones, y de cinco (5) años si se trata de faltas de mala conducta. Términos que se cuentan a partir del último acto constitutivo de la falta. Sancionado un educador, prescribe la sanción en un (1) año calendario cuando se trata de deberes y prohibiciones y en tres (3) años cuando se trate de causales de mala conducta.
