Visitas del Capitán de Puerto. La visita de la Autoridad Marítima Colombiana a las naves nacionales o extranjeras que arriben a puerto, constituye un acto de soberanía y será atendida personalmente por el Capitán de la nave. Al no cumplir con esta obligación el Capitán de Puerto o quien lo represente, o el funcionario de otra Autoridad Nacional, que en cumplimiento de acto oficial visite el buque, exigirá la presencia del Capitán de la nave. Cualquier desacato a este respecto por parte del Capitán será sancionado.
