º. Mataderos . Los mataderos se considerarán como fábricas de alimentos y su funcionamiento obedecerá a lo dispuesto en el Título V de la Ley 09 de 1979 y sus decretos reglamentarios, Decreto 2278 de 1982, Decreto 1036 de 1991 y los demás que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
