Artículo tercero. Las sumas asignadas para la ejecución de las obras o servicios mencionados en el artículo 1o. De este decreto, deberán ajustarse a los presupuestos que formulen los organismos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, debiendo ce\irse a las necesidades prioritarias del municipio de Barrancabermeja.
