Art. 2.° El expresado Sr. Jefe Civil y Militar, en su carácter de Comandante general de la Columna Oriental , procederá á incorporar en dicha Columna las fuerzas que recibió del General Antonio García F., por orden del Ministerio de Guerra, aumentándolas hasta donde fuere posible.
