Las pensiones de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Defensoría del Pueblo se liquidarán sobre los factores que constituyen el ingreso base de cotización dispuesto por el artículo 6º del Decreto 691 de 1994 modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 1158 de 1994, dentro de los límites dispuestos por el artículo 2º del Decreto 314 de 1994.
