Los trámites inherentes a los procedimientos de insolvencia que se celebren ante funcionarios públicos facultados para conciliar, ante centros de conciliación de consultorios jurídicos de facultades de derecho y de las entidades públicas serán gratuitos. Los Notarios y los Centros de Conciliación privados podrán cobrar por sus servicios de conformidad con el marco tarifario que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
