La Asociación Colombiana de Derecho Público Presupuestario podrá ser organismo asesor de la Dirección General del Presupuesto Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en las materias a que se refiere esta ley. En desarrollo de esta asesoría la Nación podrá suscribir cualquier tipo de actos jurídicos con dicha asociación.
