Para efectos de la recuperación de la inversión, los proyectos en curso o contratados antes de la expedición de ésta reglamentación, financiados con recursos provenientes de contratos de crédito celebrados con la Banca Multilateral, que establezcan criterios o sistemas específicos y diferentes de recuperación dentro de sus cláusulas contractuales, continuarán rigiéndose por éstas.
