º Los procesos relacionados con los delitos indicados en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto que estén siendo conocidos por la Justicia Penal Militar, serán repartidos en el estado en que se encuentren entre los Jueces Penales del Circuito, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes en materia de reparto, en coordinación con la respectiva Dirección Seccional de Instrucción Criminal.
