Art. 3.° Las oficinas recaudadoras, ordenadoras y pegadoras abrirán las cuentas y harán las imputaciones correspondientes al año económico de 1882 á 1883 con arreglo al Reglamento de Contabilidad vigente, y de conformidad con los Presupuestos nacionales de Rentas y Gastos para dicho año, presentando al Congreso por el Poder Ejecutivo, el cual fue impreso y remitido oportunamente á todas las oficinas nacionales.
