Ley 16 de 1979 · Por la cual se disponen unas inversiones forzosas a cargo de las compañías de seguros y de reaseguros generales y se dictan otras disposiciones

El cálculo de las inversiones obligatorias a cargo de las compañías de seguros generales y de reaseguros generales, sobre los incrementos que se registren en el valor de reservas técnicas desde el 31 de marzo de 1979, se hará trimestralmente con arreglo a los balances correspondientes a los meses de marzo, junio, septiembre y diciembre de cada año.

La primera inversión sobre tales incrementos se hará dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes al vencimiento del primer trimestre de 1979.
