Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, la Superintendencia Bancaria podrá imponer las sanciones contempladas en el artículo 211 del Estatuto orgánico del Sistema Financiero en relación con las conductas no previstas en los artículos anteriores. Así mismo, podrá imponer en todos los casos las sanciones previstas en el artículo 209 del mismo estatuto. CAPITULO XIII. DISPOSICIONES FINALES
