ARTICULO 1.2.0.2.6 . DESIGNACION DE FUNCIONARIOS . Dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha en que haya tenido lugar la asamblea anual de accionistas de un establecimiento bancario, corporación financiera, corporación de ahorro y vivienda, compañía de financiamiento comercial, sociedad de capitalización o sociedad de servicios financieros, los directores elegidos en dicha asamblea, después de la debida calificación, tendrán una reunión en que elegirán presidente de su seno, vicepresidente y los demás empleados requeridos por los estatutos, que deban elegirse anualmente, de acuerdo con los estatutos de la respectiva entidad.
