TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. Elévase en cinco (5) puntos, a partir del primero de abril de 1977, el encaje que para garantizar y regular su liquidez deben mantener las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda en obligaciones de valor constante, sin interés, emitidas por el FAVI.

La elevación del encaje prevista en este artículo se aplicará sobre las exigibilidades representadas en depósitos a término y en cuentas de ahorro de valor constante.
