Art. 3.° Si para cumplirlo que va díspuesto fuere indispensable aumentar el Resguardo de dicha Aduana, podrá el indicado Administrador hacerlo nombrando hasta dos Guardas mas, que tendrán el sueldo fijo anual de trescientos cincuenta i siete pesos ($357) cada uno.
