Trámite de Licencia Ambiental. Las normas y procedimientos establecidos en el presente decreto no se aplicarán en aquellos casos en los cuales se requiera tramitar licencia ambiental única o la licencia a que hace referencia el artículo 132 del Decreto-ley 2150 de 1995.
