Vigencia de la habilitación. El artículo quince (15) de la Ley 336 de 1996 quedará así: "Artículo 15. Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales contenidas en el régimen sancionatorio, la habilitación será indefinida mientras subsistan las condiciones exigidas para su otorgamiento de conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes. La autoridad competente podrá en cualquier tiempo de oficio o a petición de parte, verificar su cumplimiento."
