Parágrafo. Se entiende que los anteriores aumentos se aprueban sin perjuicio para el desarrollo de lo dispuesto, en el artículo 12 del Decreto número 1678 de 1960, sobre Nomenclatura de Empleos y Escala de Sueldos que habrán de adoptar los establecimientos públicos y los institutos descentralizados.
