º. El artículo 8º del Decreto 250 de 1995 quedará así: Artículo 8º. El Consejo Nacional Transparente se reunirá de manera ordinaria una vez por mes y en forma extraordinaria cuando lo convoque el coordinador o la mayoría de sus miembros. De sus reuniones se dejarán actas que suscribirá el secretario del Consejo.
