º . Aclárase el ordinal 2.2.1. del artículo 2º del Decreto 564 del 24 de marzo de 1998 en el sentido de que el precio base de venta en segunda fase de las acciones de propiedad estatal en Terpel Antioquia S.A. podrá ser superior al que resulte de la aplicación del mecanismo de ajuste previsto en el mismo ordinal, pero nunca inferior al citado precio. En consecuencia, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, hará o señalará en el reglamento de venta a que se refiere el artículo 8º del Decreto 564 de 1998 el ajuste o las aclaraciones que sean necesarias en virtud de lo establecido en el presente Decreto.
