Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. Además de las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades señaladas en la constitución Política y en la ley, a los miembros de la Junta Directiva, así como al representante legal de la entidad, al Secretario General, y demás funcionarios que de acuerdo con las normas vigentes cumplan funciones propias de los administradores de entidades financieras, se les aplicará el régimen general de inhabilidades, incompatibilidades previsto en el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y demás disposiciones de la Superintendencia Financiera.
