La Caja elaborará, cuando esté en vigencia el sistema técnico de aportes, planes generales de inversiones que contendrán las bases generales para su financiación y desarrollo, así como las proporciones a cada clase de inversión. Las mismas deberán hacerse en condiciones de mínima seguridad, liquidez y adecuada rentabilidad para realizar los fines de interés social de acuerdo con las leyes.
