ART 297. Cuando respecto de un mismo individuo ocurrieren dos ó más de las causales que conforme al artículo 295 de esta ley dan derecho á recompensa, sólo se hará efectiva íntegramente respecto de una de tales causales. Acordada la primera recompensa, sólo habrá derecho á un aumento de 20 por 100 por cada una de las nuevas causales.
