Art. 3° Toda exportación que se intente hacer por los puertos de la República, deberá ser manifestada en la Administración de la respectiva Aduana en la misma forma y términos en que se ha hecho siempre con las importaciones, llenando además los requisitos que establece el Decreto ejecutivo número 789, de 2 de Julio de 1900, "que reglamenta el cobro de los derechos de exportación".
