El militar o civil al servicio de las Fuerzas Armadas, que por cualquier medio eficaz de divulgación del pensamiento, ataque el honor de otro miembro de las Fuerzas Armadas, su reputación o su dignidad en materias relacionadas con los deberes profesionales, será sancionado con arresto de tres meses a dos años y multa de trescientos a dos mil pesos, a menos que se pruebe la exactitud de la imputación.
