Apruébase el Acuerdo número 13 de diciembre 14 de 1978, emanado de la Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial Manuel Carvajal Sinisterra y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 13 DE 1978 (diciembre 14) por el cual se determina la planta de personal de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial Manuel Carvajal Sinisterra. La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial Manuel Carvajal Sinisterra, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, ACUERDA:
