º Dentro del término de treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la fecha de la expedición de este Decreto, todas las Facultades, oficiales y privadas, que expidan títulos profesionales, deberán enviar al Ministerio de Educación una lista completa de los estudiantes matriculados en el respectivo establecimiento, con el objeto de verificar en los libros del Ministerio si estos estudiantes tienen su título de bachilleres expedido conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
