° El auxilio votado por el articulo1°.de la Ley 55 de 1926 para los damnificados en la catástrofe del desbordamiento del río Otún, se pondrá, por el conducto regular de la Administración Departamental de Hacienda Nacional, a disposición del Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas quien dictará las disposiciones convenientes para su distribución equitativa, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la citada Ley.
