La actuación en todo juicio debe extenderse en el papel y con las estampillas que determine la ley sobre timbre y papel sellado.
Las actuaciones en que se contravenga a lo prevenido en este artículo, no son por eso nulas, pero el que use o admita papel incompetente o sin estampillas, incurre en la pena señalada en la respectiva ley.
