° Los Agentes mencionados estudiarán los medios de fomentar la inmigración de los emigrantes que se apetecen; y el día último de cada mes enviarán al Gobierno, dirigido al Ministerio de Fomento, un informe razonado y circunstanciado que contenga las ideas resultantes de dichos estudios.
