El control y vigilancia de la Corporación Financiera de Fomento Pesquero -Corfipesca-, será ejercido por la Superintendencia Bancaria en los términos del Decreto-ley 1939 de 1986 y demás disposiciones concordantes. La Contraloría General de la República realizará el control fiscal establecido para las entidades financieras del Estado por la Ley 20 de 1975 y demás normas relacionadas.
