Cuando sobre un mismo terreno no se haya presentado sino una sola propuesta, el Ministerio de Industrias, dentro de ocho (8) días hábiles contados desde la presentación por el Departamento de Minas y Petróleo del informe que le corresponde, dictará una resolución en la cual se declare si el Ministerio acepta o nó la propuesta de que se trata. Dicha resolución se notificará al interesado.
