En lo sucesivo las Juntas Municipales de Catastro estarán constituidas por un representante de la Nación, por un representante del Gobernador de cada Departamento y por el Alcalde del respectivo Municipio. Esta Junta tendrá todas las funciones, atribuciones y deberes asignados a las Juntas Municipales de Catastro por el Decreto número 0259 de 1954.
