Adiciónase la Sección Segunda, Capítulo II Título II, Parte Primera del Libro Segundo del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, con la siguiente disposición: "Artículo 2.1.2.2.6. Operaciones de crédito con sociedades de leasing. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, las corporaciones financieras también podrán conceder crédito a las sociedades de leasing para la adquisición de bienes que se colocarán en arrendamiento financiero".
