º. De la cancelación del Carné. Se cancelara el Carné al Guía Turístico o Cicerone, cuando

Sin justa causa abandone al turista o turistas a su cargo durante la excursión o plan turístico.

Preste sus servicios en estado de embriaguez.

Del ejercicio de la prestación del servicio de Guía o Cicerone resultaren hechos constitutivos de delito o contravención, declarado así por la autoridad competente.

Ejerza actividades comerciales con los turistas. VI. Disposiciones varias
