Art. 7. Vencido el término de la audiencia, el Prefecto dictará sentencia condenatoria dentro de los cuatro días siguientes, cuando el reo haya sido cogido in fr aganti del ito, ó hubiere prueba plena del cuerpo del delito, y por lo menos dos testigos idóneos ó graves indicios contra los sindicados.
