Contra el acto administrativo que ponga fin a una investigación sancionatoria ambiental procede el recurso de reposición y siempre que exista superior jerárquico, el de apelación, los cuales deberán ser interpuestos en los términos y condiciones señalados en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.

Parágrafo

Los actos administrativos proferidos en desarrollo del procedimiento sancionatorio ambiental, quedarán en firme de conformidad con el artículo 62 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
