. Derogado por el artículo 242, Ley 222 de 1995 . La declaración de quiebra puede pedirse:

Por el acreedor de una o más obligaciones mercantiles, exigibles o no, que compruebe la cesación de pagos respecto de dos o más obligaciones mercantiles, y

Por el acreedor de una o más obligaciones civiles exigibles, que acredite la cesación en el pago de dos o más obligaciones comerciales.
