Ponderaciones especiales : Las siguientes clases de activos se ponderarán de acuerdo con las normas especiales que se indican a continuación

Los bonos y títulos hipotecarios de que trata el artículo 30 de la Ley 546 de 1999, que cuenten con garantía del Gobierno Nacional, a través del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financiera- FOGAFIN o del Fondo Nacional de Garantías- FNG, computarán al cero por ciento (0%).

Los contratos de leasing inmobiliario para vivienda ponderarán por el cincuenta por ciento (50%) a partir de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de su adquisición.
