El Gobierno podrá exigir, para los fine de la presente ley, la comprobación efectiva de su cumplimiento por parte de las personas naturales o jurídicas y de las sociedades obligadas a ello, mediante la presentación de balances, libros de cuentas y cualesquiera otras clases de informaciones que juzgue necesarias.
