Cuando la visita fuere demorada más de lo razonable por cualquiera de las personas que, según los requisitos de la ley o los reglamentos, deba intervenir o participar en ella, el capitán de la nave lo hará saber así al Director General. La persona que, por virtud de la ley o los reglamentos, deba pasar visita a una nave, y sin necesidad demorare a la patrulla de visita por más de treinta minutos, incurrirá en una multa de cinco a veinticinco pesos ($5 a $25), cada vez.
