Artículo catorce. Los funcionarios nacionales, departamentales, intendencias, comisarias y municipales, y de establecimientos públicos e instituciones de utilidad pública y social, de entidades semioficiales o de economía mixta, que presten servicios rurales colaboraran con los líderes campesinos en la promoción y organización de las asociaciones, facilitaran las reuniones y demás actos sociales de los afiliados y divulgaran los servicios que la entidad que representan pueda prestar a los asociados.
