Si la cantidad de plata mandada acuñar para atender el cambio de las monedas de plata de que trata la Ley 65 de 1916 , no fuere suficiente para completarlo, el Gobierno aplicara a este efecto, de preferencia, la parte necesaria de las monedas mandadas acuñar por el Articulo 1° de la presente Ley.
