Notificación . La calificación definitiva, se notificará personalmente al empleado en los términos previstos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal al cabo del término previsto en el inciso anterior, se notificará por edicto y se dejará constancia de ello. Las evaluaciones parciales serán comunicadas por escrito al evaluado, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la fecha en que se produzca.
