° Las infracciones al presente Decreto serán sancionadas por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional con multas hasta de $10.00 por paca, que ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional, previo el estudio de los informes del agrónomo o experto encargado de supervigilar la empacada de la hoja, o del Inspector de Cuarentena y Sanidad Vegetal, según el caso; y después de oídos los descargos que presente el interesado dentro de los treinta días siguientes al despacho de los cargamentos.
