° Cuando por cualquier circunstancia alguna o algunas empresas de navegación resolvieren suspender o paralizar el servicio público total o parcialmente, procederán a hacer dejación de las respectivas naves a favor del Gobierno, dejación que se regulara especialmente por las prescripciones del presente Decreto. Solo cumplido este trámite podrá interrumpirse el servicio de navegación.
